After your company enrolls, each manager is onboarded to the Boundless platform, introduced to their Certified Leadership Coach, and placed into a Core Group. They receive a clear development timeline, monthly sessions, and continuous check-ins to ensure progress.

The Boundless program includes a one-time $500 enrollment fee and a $200 monthly investment per participant during the 15-month curriculum (we offer tiered discounts for groups). After completing the curriculum, members can continue in their Core Group with a Coach for $100 per month, ensuring ongoing growth, accountability, and connection.
