Welcome to Boundless. By creating an account, enrolling in the program, or using the Boundless platform, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. What Boundless Provides

Boundless is a leadership and management development program that includes:

  • Coach-led group sessions

  • A peer group (“Core Group”)

  • A structured leadership curriculum

  • Leadership assessments (including 360° feedback)

  • Access to the Boundless platform and tools, including AI-powered support

This program is designed for professional development. It is not an academic course or certification program.

2. Eligibility & Account

To use Boundless, you must:

  • Provide accurate account information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

3. Payments & Billing (Self-Enrolled Users)

If you enroll directly and pay for your own participation:

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees at the time of enrollment

  • Subscription fees (if applicable) will be billed monthly

  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

 You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not refund prior payments.

4. Participation Expectations

Boundless works best when you engage.

By participating, you agree to:

  • Show up prepared and participate in sessions

  • Respect the confidentiality of others

  • Contribute in a professional and constructive manner

 Boundless reserves the right to remove participants for behavior that is disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate.

5. Confidentiality

  • Group discussions and coaching conversations are confidential

  • You agree not to share personal or sensitive information from other participants outside the program

Boundless will not share your individual participation details with others, except as required to operate the program or comply with law.

6. Assessments & Data

Boundless may collect and provide insights based on your participation, including leadership assessments.

  • If you are enrolled through a company, summary-level assessment results may be shared with your employer

  • Individual coaching conversations remain private

7. No Guarantees

Boundless is designed to support your growth as a leader.

However, we do not guarantee:

  • Career advancement

  • Compensation increases

  • Specific performance or business outcomes

Your results depend on your effort, application, and environment.

8. Platform & Tools

You will have access to the Boundless platform and tools during your active participation.

This includes AI-powered features designed to support your development.

Boundless may update or modify features at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All Boundless content, materials, and tools are owned by Boundless.

You may use them for your personal development, but you may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or resell content

  • Use materials for commercial purposes without permission

10. Termination

Boundless may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Engage in harmful or inappropriate behavior

You may stop using Boundless at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

Boundless provides coaching, education, and tools “as is.”

We are not liable for:

  • Business decisions made based on program content

  • Career or financial outcomes

  • Indirect or consequential damages

12. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of Boundless after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
